Background and Research Interests

Vanessa joined the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition in August 2020 after receiving her BS in Environmental Science from Fordham University in December 2018. Vanessa is interested studying in the relationship between fatty acid levels, HIV status, and cognitive outcomes in children in low-middle income countries.
