Gordon and Norma Guyer Public Policy Internship Award
The Gordon and Norma Guyer Endowed Internship Program provides scholarships to support MSU students that participate in public policy related internships.
Scholarships of at least $1,000 each will be awarded for Fall, Spring and Summer semesters and will be applicable towards a student's tuition.
Eligibility:
MSU students pursuing any degree/major are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Requirements:
Students must arrange to be employed in a public policy related internship and enroll for MSU internship credit.
Students receiving a scholarship are expected to participate in activities of the Guyer program including an orientation session before the internship begins and a reception following internship completion.
Dates/Deadlines:
Deadline to apply for SPRING 2025 scholarships is Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
Mandatory ZOOM orientation session for SPRING 2025 recipients will be scheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2025 (at 5:30pm).

Applications must be submitted to one of the following coordinators:

- Jill Cords, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, 121 Agriculture Hall
- Oumatie Marajh, College of Social Science, 224 Berkey Hall
Scholarships will be offered for Spring, Summer and Fall semester internships. Please watch for future postings.
