4-H Teen Counselor Program

A variety of volunteer opportunities are available for high school (grades 9-12) students. Teen Counselor Program participants will earn certificates for the community service hours they serve while gaining valuable professional work experience in a fun, professional environment mentored by Michigan State University Extension. A letter of reference will also be provided based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for any student but especially for those considering careers as teachers, youth development, or in the human services sector.
