Best Practices for Quality Sweet Onions
Sweet onions are a big hit for consumers, but have more quality issues than their pungent, yellow counterparts, including rots that don't show up until a consumer cuts into a big beautiful onion. We reached out to Christy Hoepting of Cornell, a true onion expert, so you could join us to learn what you can do to keep quality high and consumers happy.
