Yolanda Thrash
Yolanda Thrash has been with Michigan State University Extension for more than 20 years as a community nutrition instructor with experience providing programming for adults and youth. Currently she serves as a health program instructor for-rural communities, working out of the Berrien County MSU Extension office. Her mission is to serve all populations with dignity while helping them reach their full potential. She promotes and educate diverse families, youth, and communities on the importance of getting vaccinated and collaborates with community partners, leaders, and 4-H coordinators to inform and increase immunization awareness and education in the community. Yolanda has a bachelor's in community services-family systems and master’s degree in organizational leadership from Siena Heights University.
