Research Interests

Dr. Tucker studies the effects of insufficient and poor-quality sleep on nutrition-related health outcomes, sensory perception, and eating behaviors.

Outreach Focus

Dr. Tucker is interested in testing the effects of behavior-based sleep education on sleep outcomes in diverse groups. Dr. Tucker and MSU Extension developed the SLeep Education for Everyone Program (SLEEP) which is offered by MSU Extension.
