Morgan Mills is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator in Ottawa County. She has served in this role since summer 2024.

In this role, Morgan supports the 4-H program in Ottawa County by developing educational programs, forming community partnerships, and serving as a resource for advisory councils and committees. She also aids in the growth of 4-H in Ottawa County by recruiting new members and volunteers. Morgan is the county representative for the state Michigan 4-H office and ensures that statewide leadership and educational opportunities are available to local 4-H members.

Prior to working at MSU Extension, Morgan attended the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. At UF, she fell in love with dairy cows and the strategies for feeding them. This lead her to pursue her Master's degree in Animal Science at Michigan State University, where her research focused on sustainable feeding practices for dairy cattle that would aid in eliminating both food waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
