Mary Beth Graebert, assistant director of operations for the MSU School of Planning, Design and Construction, manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the school. In this role, Graebert reports to the director and serves on the SPDC Directors Council, providing finance and HR information and recommendations to the decision-making process. She oversees support staff in the execution of budgeting, accounting, hiring/payroll, purchasing, processing travel, communications and student services. She has a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Minnesota, and conducted her master’s thesis work on the economic value of green space. Graebert received her bachelor’s degree in international relations from MSU’s James Madison College.
