Zachary Luther

Areas of Specialization: Environmental and Resource Economics
Zach is from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In his undergraduate years, he double-majored in Economics and Asian Languages & Literatures, with a focus in Japanese. He also minored in both Mathematics and Plant Biology.
In 2016, he participated in Michigan State's Summer Research Opportunities Program, inspiring him to apply to Michigan State's M.S. program in AFRE. Zach hopes to eventually earn his PhD at Michigan State, before moving into academia. Unlike many Midwesterners, Zach loves the winter—it is his favorite season.
