Kevin Knapp is a Michigan State University Community Nutrition Instructor serving both Jackson and Hillsdale counties. Kevin is a Minnesota native receiving his B.S. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. He moved to Michigan in 2004 and has lived in the Jackson area since that time.

As a Community Nutrition Instructor, Kevin not only provides classes related to various aspects of nutrition and physical activity, but also provides support and guidance to organizations interested in policy, systems, or environmental change in order to positively impact the residents of Jackson and Hillsdale counties.
