John Msuya
Professor John Msuya is an Associate Professor and Head of Department, Department Food Technology, Nutrition and Consumer Sciences, Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania. He is a versatile researcher-cum-educator and consultant having spent considerable time of his three decade career in research and university teaching. With a first degree in agriculture (SUA-Tanzania), a Masters in Human Nutrition from University of Otago in New Zealand and a Doctorate in Food Economics from University of Kiel in Germany, John Msuya combines academic and development expertise with a focus on fighting malnutrition and related consequences. He is currently a Horticulture Lead for the MSU RSM2SNF project.
