Melissa Gray, MSN, RN, CHSE
Ms. Gray serves as a Simulation Educator at the MSU Learning and Assessment Center. She is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of simulated learning events in the center including standardized patient encounters, immersive clinical simulation, off-site in situ simulation, and Advanced Trauma Life Support courses and programs. She has worked at the center since 2008 as a healthcare professional and AHA instructor. She has been a nurse for 21 years with clinical experience in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and in Open Heart Surgery. In addition to her position at MSU, Ms. Gray has served as a Nursing Simulation Faculty member at Lansing Community College and a Nursing Simulation Consultant to Baker College. Ms. Gray has received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
