Hello from MSU Extension Grant Services!

Our team is here to help you navigate the world of grants, contracts, and service agreements, which can seem like a complicated process. We can guide you through Extension, MSU, and sponsor requirements to successfully submit for (and secure!) funding.

Ways We Can Help:

  1. Finding funding opportunities, requests for proposals, solicitations, etc.
  2. Preparing timelines, checklists, and templates to ease the application process.
  3. Providing guidance on budget-building and justification.
  4. Entering your proposal information into Kuali Research and coordinating review by the central Office of Sponsored Programs.
  5. Calculating rates for fee-for-service activities.
  6. Assisting with compliance requirements (IRB, IACUC, ECORRW, etc.).
  7. Acting as your first stop for any questions. If we don't know, we know who does.

In the subject line of your email, indicate "grant" or "service agreement." If the grant already has an assigned PD (proposal document) number, please include that as well.
