Sharing Your Outlook Calendar

Instructions on how to share your calendar with other ANR users in Outlook.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select Calendar Permissions from the Share Section of the Home Ribbon.

  4. Select Add.
    ''

  5. Enter the last name of the ANR User with whom you wish to share your calendar.
  6. Double-click the User's Name or select Add.
  7. Select Ok.

  8. Select the User's Name.
  9. Select the Permission Level you wish the use from the drop-down menu.
  10. Select Apply or Ok.
