Sharing food culture: MSU and University of Parma
Students in the 2018 Food Laws Study Abroad program, led by FSHN instructors Rhonda Crackel and Cathy Weir, visited the University of Parma in Italy.
MSU students were welcomed by faculty and graduate students of the University of Parma. The program included research seminars, food demonstrations, and of course, food tasting.
The Education Abroad program, International Food Laws in Europe, takes place each year during the last three weeks of May. Participants visit London, Paris, Switzerland, and Italy.
