Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations prior to Aug. 1 will be fully refunded. All virtual registration cancellations before September 17 will be refunded. In-person registration cancellations between Aug. 1 and Sept. 1 will be fully refunded less a $25 cancellation processing fee. In-person cancellations on or after Sept. 2 will not be refunded. 

COVID19 Update

We are planning for an in-person program in September. We will be integrating many virtual components to the in-person event and are providing an entirely virtual option for participants who are not able or comfortable traveling to attend the in-person conference. Please select the registration option that works best for you. All speaker presentations will be available in real-time using Zoom webinar and integrative digital technology for those who wish to attend virtually.
