Scholarship period for Fall 2025 Session: May 21- June 18, 2025

Scholarships for the Foundations of Gardening (FOG) course can be applied for on this site during the designated application period before each session. The scholarship application consists of three short essay questions in an online format. Each scholarship awards $150, which is applied toward the course fee.

Scholarship recipients will be notified with registration instructions before Foundations of Gardening registration opens. Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to contact those who are not selected. For questions about the application process, please email MSUE.FOG@msu.edu.

Unclaimed scholarships cannot be used for future FOG courses - reapplication is necessary.
