Welcome to the Food AI and Engineering Lab! We are a team of biosystems engineers and data scientists focused on developing AI-enabled solutions for sustainable food systems. Our work includes rapid pathogen detection under stress adaptation, advanced cell imaging using generative AI, and predictive modeling of soil microbiome data.
