Communicating Through Conflict
Communicating through conflict is an online, interactive course that will provide learners with an overview of different conflict management styles and suggestions on when to use the various styles and communication strategies for navigating conflict.
Module 1: Introductory Module
In this module, you will learn different styles of managing conflict, and reflect upon which styles you tend to use most. You will compare and contrast which conflict management styles are most appropriate for different situations. This module takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.
Module 2: Skills-Building Module
In this module, you will learn and practice skills to resolve conflict with others, using the PALS model. This module takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
Audience: All MSU Extension employees are automatically enrolled in this course. It is also free of charge to all MSU employees, who may register here.
