The MSU website tutorial for PowerPoint accessibility provides a number of tools that you can use to make your documents more accessible.

The WC3 Web Accessibility Initiative “How to Make Presentations Accessible to All” goes beyond the PowerPoint file and discusses presentation setup and methods.
