Butterflies
Imagine bringing your curriculum to life through observing butterflies laying eggs, larvae lunching on leaves, adults emerging from their pupae and your students brimming with interesting questions! Come to the garden and participate in one of our engaging butterfly field trips. Butterflies are flying from March 15th through April 30th. The schedule can fill up quickly so contact us to reserve your spot well in advance (even for next year!)
Most field trips last between 1 and 2 hours. Students will experience:
- Butterfly Flight House
- Butterfly Lab
- Each student will plant a nectar plant to take home!

Field Trip Reservations
Field trips are generally scheduled for Monday - Friday during the hours of 9am to 2pm.

Fees
- Students - $2
- Adults/Parents - $2
- Teachers and School Employees - FREE
The fees we collect help ensure we can continue to provide Butterflies in the Garden programs.
