Handwashing is the most important method for  preventing the spread of sickness and disease.  
Let's learn the proper way to wash our hands.  First. Wet your hands under warm running water.  
Next, apply soap and lather. Be sure to clean  between your fingers, the backs of your hands,  
and your palms. Now count for 20 seconds or sing  the ABCs while scrubbing. Next, rinse your hands  
under warm running water. Use a paper towel to dry  hands, then turn off the faucet. Remember to wash  
your hands before preparing food, after using the  bathroom, and anytime they become contaminated.
