Shirel is a Master’s student studying Food and Agricultural Economics, with a specific passion for consumer behaviour and food policy. After earning her B.S. in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she has proceeded to further her studies in hopes of entering into the field of consulting in the future.
