Academic Interest

Our research focuses on investigating feedlot performance, nutritional management, liver abscess development, carcass traits, and value of beef x Holstein and Holstein steers. My teaching interests are focused on beef cattle management, production, and nutrition. My extension interests are to help producers better understand how to manage beef x Holstein feedlot steers so that they can make better informed decisions regarding their operations and maximize their revenue.
