After growing up in Michigan, Lisa Rodriguez found her way to the school of packaging graduating earning her degree in 1994.  During her career, she’s held a variety of roles in packaging, process engineering, human resources, and sales.  Her experiences have been with companies including 3M, Abbott, Aon, Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet and The VeTTa Group.  

Lisa has a master’s degree in business administration and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in French.  Additionally, she’s a board member for the local chapter of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

In her spare time, Lisa is an avid running having completed at least 15 marathons, volunteering for Ronald McDonald House charities, and spending time with her husband and sons.
