Edith Lazaro
Edith Lazaro is the Training and Capacity Building Specialist for the ASPIRES Project. She is responsible for the development and Implementation of the project’s Training and Capacity activities and supports policy research activities.
She has adequate years of experience in agricultural research, policy analysis and project monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Master’s of Science in Agricultural Economics from the Ohio State University. Prior to joining the ASPIRES project, she worked as a Research Associate with the USAID FTF SERA Policy Project. Some of her research work include: A Study on Rice Demand in Tanzania, an Econometrics Study of Food Demand in Tanzania, and a Comparative Study of the Agricultural Business Environment in Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique.
