Biography
As a food safety engineer, Dr. Jeong has been studying and developing nonthermal/thermal food safety intervention technologies, cleaning/sanitation of equipment and environment, microbial inactivation/growth modeling, and process optimization techniques to reduce the risk of foodborne disease.
