Dr. Jaime Luke is an applied microeconomist whose research explores the intersection of agricultural production and environmental economics. Her work focuses primarily on the livestock sector, spanning the supply chain from producer decision making to consumer demand. She has appointments in research and extension.a
Jaime holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri. She grew up in Missouri on her family’s diversified row crop and beef cattle operation.
