Jack Fehlberg
Bio:
Jack Fehlberg has started his Graduate Degree in the Spring of 2017. He graduated with honors at MSU School of Packaging in May 2017 with specializations in Food Processing Technologies and Graphic Design. Jack was part of the 2nd place team in the Glass Packaging Instituted 2015 Design Competition. He began as ungraduate research assistant in the Summer of 2016.
Research Focus:
Currently, Jack is investigating the utilization of agricultural waste into a polymer matrix. He has worked on three research projects including: antimicrobial packaging of blueberries, and the effect of microbial growth within modified relative humidity packaging, and the thermal and optical analysis of protein based polymers.
