He is a Senior in the Packaging Program and this was his first Undergraduate Research Position. He will do an internship in the Spring of 2018 with Unilever.

Project worked on: Development of Hydrophobic Chitosan Films.

Duration in group: Spring Semester 2017.

Areas of Interest: Consumer Packaged Goods, Food.
