Eric graduated from the MSU School of Packaging in 2006 and has been involved in packaging ever since.  During his time at MSU, Eric traveled to Japan for MSU Study Abroad for the Asian Packaging program and was an E-board member of IoPP.  After completing an internship with Kraft Foods in Tarrytown, NY he took a full time offer with the company in Glenview, IL working across a number of brands.  In 2017, Eric left to join snack foods company John B. Sanfilippo & Son and establish their new Package Engineering department. In his free time Eric enjoys cheering on Spartan athletics, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.  Eric joined the board in 2022 and is ecstatic to be able to give back to students and alumni of the greatest school in the world.  Eric currently resides in Libertyville, IL with his wife Karolina and their daughter Taylor.
