Deena Whitbeck, NCIDQ
Deena Whitbeck is an instructor of interior design in the School of Planning, Design and Construction at Michigan State University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in interior design from MSU and she is a certified Interior Designer through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Whitbeck is passionate about student success and enjoys teaching. Her teaching philosophy is student-centered: To inspire engagement, independent thought and creative thinking. Whitbeck currently teaches IDES342 Interior Design human Dimension and IDES142 Design Theory.
