Amy Safaoui
Amy Safaoui is a Michigan State University Extension Community Instructor for the HNI. Amy has held this position since July 2021.
In this role, Amy provides nutrition classes for families and youth aged 5 to 18 years old. She is bilingual, works closely with Arab and Chaldean Community. Therefore, she works in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties.
Amy enjoys cooking and trying new recipes and techniques.
