Set group goals for growth with MSU Extension: A pathway to team success
Get your group on track with a project plan that works!
Is your team in need of a facilitated process to reach a common goal? Michigan State University Extension, in partnership with the National Charette Institute, is excited to offer Setting Group Goals for Growth, a new half-day workshop designed to help teams identify priorities and draft actionable plans for success.
In just three hours, participants will experience a highly interactive, facilitated process that guides each group to define key priorities for future action. This program is perfect for teams or groups seeking a clear direction and structure to achieve meaningful outcomes.
What to expect
Multiple teams will be guided simultaneously through the same process, but each group will work individually with an MSU Extension facilitator who will serve as their team’s coach and instructor. By the end of the session, your team will leave with a clear set of priorities and a concrete plan for implementation.
Program highlights:
- Facilitated planning: A structured process led by expert facilitators to ensure your team achieves its desired outcomes.
- Interactive and engaging: Whether virtual or in-person, this workshop is designed to keep participants fully engaged, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Tailored support: Each group receives individualized attention and guidance to ensure success in their specific project.
