PSM Weed Science Wins Big at Annual Meeting

Strong showing at the North Central Weed Science Society Annual Meeting

Once again, PSM turns up and turns out to participate in the event, which brings together scientists from 16 states and one province to share ideas and network for future collaborations. PSM-dept winners in the competition are listed here:

Lauryn Wishowski - 1st place undergraduate poster, Row Crop Herbicide Management  - Sprague Undergraduate

Connor Purvis - 1st place PhD poster, Row Crop Herbicide Management  - Burns PhD Student

Kyle Elizade - 2nd place talk - Oral 2 Student Contest, Cover Crops & IWM Row Crop Herbicides and Herbicide Application Technologies. - Burns MS Student

Ian Waldecker - 1st place talk - Oral 3, Horticulture & Specialty Crops; Range, Pasture and Vegetation Management, and Weed Biology and Ecology – Sprague MS Student

Kaddi Gewirtz - 2nd place talk - Oral 3, Horticulture & Specialty Crops; Range, Pasture and Vegetation Management, and Weed Biology and Ecology – Sprague MS Student
