Need help with Bulletins Live! Two?

MSU Extension is offering six free educational hands-on training sessions on how to use the Bulletins Live! Two system. RUP credits have been requested.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues to complete Endangered Species Act consultations and update their Bulletins Live! Two system. These bulletins set specific geographic limitations for the protection of threatened and endangered species and their designated critical habitat.

Pesticide labels now require applicators to check Bulletins Live! Two within six months of application. These bulletins focus limitations for a specific location and a specific pesticide.

Michigan State University Extension is providing hands-on training sessions consisting of a 50-minute educational session on Bulletins Live! Two followed by personalized, one-on-one training on how to use the Bulletins Live! Two website for updated bulletins and use limitations. Participants will work directly with an educator to review their specific pesticide labels on the EPA website and download the printable bulletins for pesticide bookkeeping in 2025.

The dates and locations of the hands-on training sessions are as follows:

  • Feb. 26, 9:30 a.m. - Macomb MSU Extension, 21885 Dunham Road, Robert VerKuilen, Bldg "E" Clinton Township, MI 48036
  • March 5, 9:30 a.m. - Lapeer MSU Extension, 1800 Imlay City Road Suite 1, Lapeer, MI 48446
  • March 12, 8:30 a.m. - Saginaw MSU Extension, 723 Emerson Street, Saginaw, MI 48607
  • March 12, 1 p.m. - Bay MSU Extension, 515 Center Ave. Suite G-102, Bay City, MI 48708
  • April 3, 8:30 a.m. - Saginaw Valley Research and Extension Center, 3775 S Reese Rd., Frankenmuth, MI, 48734
  • April 3, 1 p.m. - Shiawassee MSU Extension, 149 E. Corunna Ave. 1st Floor, Corunna, MI 48817

Participants are asked to bring your own computer/laptop (if possible), a list of 2024 applied pesticides and your field locations. This is a free event.

Restricted use pesticide (RUP) recertification credit has been requested.
