Reminder to sign up for Bulletins Live! Two

Participants will receive an educational presentation followed by hands-on training demonstrating how to use Bulletins Live! Two on the U.S. EPA website. Six locations are offering this training with limited availability.

MSU Extension educators will provide a 50-minute educational session on Bulletins Live! Two and mitigation, followed by personalized, one-on-one training on how to use Bulletins Live! Two -- View the Bulletins | US EPA website.

Use of this service, owned by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), allows the agency to continue completing Endangered Species Act consultations and update their Bulletins Live! Two (BLT) system. In this training, participants will also learn how to update bulletins, the use limitations and mitigation point calculation. These bulletins set specific geographic limitations for the protection of threatened and endangered species and their designated critical habitat.

Additionally, attendees will work directly with an educator to review their specific pesticide labels on the EPA website and download the printable bulletins for pesticide bookkeeping. Pesticide labels now require applicators to check Bulletins Live! Two within six months of application. These bulletins focus limitations for specific locations with a specific pesticide.

We ask participants to bring the following: your own computer/laptop (if possible); a list of 2024 applied pesticides and your field locations. This is a FREE event.
