Project description

Create a space to function as a vacation rental unit for up to two guests. This structure will depict modern interior and exterior styles and include high-end finish materials and amenities. The interior will feature an open concept plan and include an open loft.

Technical Statement

This project was created utilizing various forms of medium including: Freehand sketch, SketchUp, Shaderlight and Adobe Creative Suite.

Project Concept

Bella Vista will seek to fit its occupants like the perfect pair of jeans. The flexible open concept plan will promote multiuse functions allowing residents to find the ideal fit for them. Located near the white sandy beaches and magnificent waterfalls in the Canary Islands of Spain, the residence will live up to its name “beautiful view.” The purpose of the space will be to provide visitors an exciting escape from their everyday lives and encourage them to explore the breathtaking scenery. Bella Vista will utilize the natural landscape with panoramic views and an abundant amount of access to the outdoors, in addition to the incorporation of plant life. The interior will feature a neutral color scheme with blue accents to highlight the nearby ocean. Comparable to those perfect jeans, the vacation home will accentuate the islands best assets making it the ultimate vacation spot for a young adventurous couple.
