Note that a federal court decision on Dec. 3, 2024 (the same day this webinar was conducted) put an injunction on the enforcement of the CTA, meaning that for now, companies are not required to report. However, we do expect some sort of action to be taken before the filing deadline, which may reinstate the need to file.
