Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and reliable part-time Farm Hand to join our team. This individual will assist in various tasks related to farm operations. Candidates should have experience operating tractors, tillage tools, rollers, sprayers and grain carts and be familiar with equipment maintenance  Prefer individuals familiar with corn, soybean, wheat and hay crops. "F" Endorsement or CDL A a plus. There is potential for full-time work for right person.

Duties
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Soil tillage, plant, scout fields, and harvest crops
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on farm equipment including washing
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed
- Other projects as requested

Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Proficiency in maintaining farm machinery
- Familiarity with growing crops
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent driving record
