Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mow Crew Leader to join our team. In
this role, you will be responsible for your crew while completing mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure
that our clients' lawns are beautifully maintained. This is a full-time position with potential for year-round
employment, offering opportunities for growth and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Mow lawns and maintain a clean, professional appearance of properties.
● Trim and edge grass along sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds.
● Blow grass clippings and debris from walkways, driveways, and other hardscapes.
● Perform regular maintenance of mowing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
● Lead the rest of the crew to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
● Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and address any questions or
concerns professionally.
● Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
● Perform seasonal duties as needed (leaf clean-up, snow removal, etc.).
Qualifications:
● Previous lawn care, landscaping, or similar experience is required.
● Ability to operate and maintain lawn equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
● Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with physical tasks that may require heavy
lifting.
● A strong work ethic and effective communication skills with an attention to detail.
● Must have experience driving a truck and trailer.
● Valid Michigan Driver’s License with Chauffeurs Endorsement and clean driving record.
● English required; Spanish is beneficial but not required.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with commercial-grade lawn care equipment.
● Experience with leaf clean-up or snow removal is a plus.
