Internship Description:
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various growing practices. As a Growing Intern, you will work closely with our experienced staff on multiple projects, including planting, propagating fruits, maintaining grounds, applying farming practices, managing greenhouse operations, and caring for plants. You will also develop essential leadership skills that can be applied when collaborating with team members and management, helping to prepare you for a future in the business side of the growing industry. This position is ideal for students who want to enhance their knowledge and skills in both growing practices and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planting, nurturing, and harvesting of diverse plants.
- Engage in strategic planning and resource allocation, shaping our collective future.
- Perform plant health assessments and apply innovative pest management strategies to promote growth.
- Practice effective irrigation and fertilization techniques that nourish the plants.
- Empower our community through educational workshops and initiatives in gardening.
- Document data on plant growth, soil health, and project outcomes to inspire continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with passionate team members on impactful projects and initiatives that ignite positive change.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong interest in plants, propagation, and sustainable practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
