Meadowlark Farm Orchard & Cidery is a pick-your-own peach and apple orchard near Wichita, KS. As Kansas’s only ‘Estate Cidery’ we produce about 1500 gal of hard cider per year, all from our own apples. Our apple production is increasing and so is demand for our hard cider in the South-Central Kansas region. We need a cider maker who can help us take our production up to 5000 gal/year. Hard Cider production is wine production until you get to packaging and selling; then its like beer. So if you have training and/or experience in either wine making or brewing, we would like to hear from you!
Applicants must be organized and detail oriented, strict regarding cleanliness, passionate about cider, and committed to being a team-player among all the different aspects of a farm business.
