Agronomy Location Manager

The Agronomy Location Manager is responsible for coordinating all resources, services, and staff to align with corporate goals for the location and business unit. This position ensures that the quality and quantity of products and services meet customer expectations and supports company growth.  This position reports to the Corporate Agronomy Manager.

 

Salary Range

$68K-$80K plus Sales Commission

Qualifications:  A minimum of 4 years of experience crop advising, CCA and management experience preferred.  CDL Class A with HAZMAT Endorsement and RUP License a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety standards and procedures
  •  Provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of their Agronomy facilities
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling & storage, equipment utilization, and inventory management
  • Manage business operation from Supply Chain to people and services
  • Accountable for allocation of resources
  • Responsible for training and mentoring staff; creating a harmonious environment for working and motivation of team
  • Build sales through exceptional crop advising and customer service
  • Facilitate team-based leadership concepts including open communication and continuous improvement
  • Promote customer satisfaction philosophy to all levels of the business unit
  • Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
  • Operate within budget tolerance levels
