We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, close sales, and contribute
to our mission of providing excellent insurance solutions to our clients. Compensation
includes a commission-based tier structure (1st tier - 45% on all new and renewal
business), with the potential to increase commission splits based on production tiers.
Agency High performers earning over $150,000 enjoy higher commission split tiers of 60%,
75%, up to 100% commission, making this a rewarding opportunity for self-starters and
business builders.

Requirements
• Active insurance license with some sales experience (insurance or other
industries)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently.
• Team player with a self-starter mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong professional phone and office etiquette.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address needs.
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Generate referrals and network to expand client base.
• Foster long-term client retention and satisfaction.
