    Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress-related symptoms such as worry, depression, physical tension, and may be helpful in managing chronic conditions. Participants will also learn techniques to improve the quality and quantity of their sleep.

    4-H Adventure Camp is a 3 day/2 night overnight camp experience for youth ages 9-14. Youth will experience a wide range of outdoor activities in a safe and supportive environment.
