Who:
- Teens (4-H age 12 and older as of Jan. 1, 2025); must be enrolled in 4-H Online
- 4-H Volunteers and Leaders; must be screened & approved in Volunteer Central
- Youth (4-H age 8-11 as of Jan. 1, 2025) may attend the workshop with an adult who will accompany them to all sessions; both the youth and the adult must be registered/paid and will need to sign up for all of the same breakout sessions
- Parent/guardian accompanying youth participant
- 4-H Staff
What:
The purpose of this conference is to provide 4-H volunteers and teen leaders an opportunity to:
- Get energized with lots of creative and innovative ideas for working with youth in their county 4-H program
- Support and encourage launching new projects in your 4-H club
- Meet and share ideas with 4-H teens and adult volunteers from other counties
- Learn hands-on activities that you can reteach with youth in your club

Cost:
$65.00
Cancellations made on or before Feb. 8, 2025, will be refunded in full.
Persons canceling without a replacement on or after Feb. 21, 2025, will not receive a refund.
Persons who do not cancel and no-show for the event will not receive a refund.
Payment:
When you get to the payment screen, please only proceed with credit card payment if you are responsible for paying your full registration fee. If you are anticipating scholarship funds (4-H Council or county 4-H staff) to reduce your registration fee, please mark payment by check. Once scholarship funds have been applied, you will receive the revised balance that can be paid by check, cash, or credit card.

Overnight Accommodations:
A limited number of hotel rooms have been blocked for this event for your convenience. Hotel reservations are optional; you may register and participate in the workshop without staying overnight. Those choosing to stay overnight will reserve their rooms directly with the hotel. Overnight housing arrangements are not being facilitated by the event planning committee and are not considered part of the event. Individual families staying overnight are not subject to Michigan 4-H Overnight Housing Policy. 4-H Clubs staying overnight at the conference as a sanctioned club activity should work with their local staff person to meet overnight housing guidelines.
