Indigenous Producer Academy July 30-31

The Great Lakes Intertribal Food Coalition and partners are hosting the Indigenous Food Producer Academy at the Forest County Potawatomi Community on July 30th and Menominee Nation on July 31st.

Breakfast starts at 8am - Concludes at 4pm with dinner following before driving to Keshena to stay at Menominee Casino
 
Wednesday, July 31, 2024 - Menominee Tribal Department of Agriculture and Food Systems, W2776 Chief Little Wave Rd., Keshena, WI 54135
Breakfast starts at 8:30am - Concludes 4pm

In partnership with the Great Lakes Intertribal Food Council (GLIFC), Wisconsin Tribal Conservation Advisory Council (WTCAC) , University of Wisconsin-Madison, Forest County Potawatomi, and Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin we are excited to host an Indigenous Producer Academy. This 2 day academy will begin at Forest County Potawatomi with rotating sessions offered and conclude in Menominee Nation with conservation planning in Day 2.
