Whether you are new to cooking or a seasoned veteran, when you walk way from this hands-on presentation, your confidence level will be soaring! In this class, you’ll learn how to read and understand recipe cooking terms, knife skills that will help you chop like the professionals, how to save money, and the trick to substituting ingredients when missing recipe items!
