Learn to use fly fishing equipment. Practice several fly casting techniques. Tie a variety of knots.
Learn about environmental and water quality concerns. Learn about a fish’s ecosystem as you practice imitating insects and other water critters.
Participants need to dress for the weather and bring eye protection. (Prescription glasses, sun glasses, and shooting sports glasses are appropriate.)
Open to ages 12-19 years.
Parents are encouraged to participate with youth.
Series Cost: $10.00 per youth participant
Limit: 6 participants
Register by April 18th
Registrations cancelled after April 22 or no-shows are still responsible for the fee.
