The Special Interest Short Term (SPIN) Cooking Club will meet on Mondays, November 4 through December 9. This club is for youth ages 8-12 as of January 1, 2025. The club will meet at Whittemore-Prescott Elementary from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Cost: is $10.00 to cover cost of supplies. The club size is limited to the first 12 youth registered. This will be fun, hands-on club! Instructor will do 10 minutes of lessons and then members will complete the recipes for the week and taste test their products.

Program Outline:
November 4 - Food Safety - make applesauce
November 11 - Kitchen & Knife Safety - make salsa
November 18 - Measuring Basics - make French toast, bacon & eggs
November 25 - Setting a table - main dishes - make spaghetti
December 2 - Making a recipe book - desserts fruit crisp and fruit breads
December 9 - Chopped Challenge - ultimate cookie bake off
